$500.00 Residential Specialists, Inc. “GIVE-AWAY” Contest Official Rules

1.                  NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Any homeowner who calls Residential Specialists, Inc. and registers for a free estimate or who registers on line at sidingwindows.com for a free estimate will be automatically entered to win.  Anyone else can enter online at sidingwindows.com or by sending a postcard to $500.00 Give-Away RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS, INC., 18 PETRA LANE, PO BOX 14950, ALBANY NY 12214-5575.

2.                  Each entry must include name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address.  CONTEST STARTS 8/1/08 FIRST DRAWING ON OR ABOUT 9/10/08

3.                  One winner will be selected at random on the tenth of each month, until the end of the contest and contacted via daytime phone or e-mail.  Residential Specialists, Inc. reserves the rights to terminate the “Give-Away” contest at any time without notice.

4.                  Winner will receive a gift/gas card for $500.00.  A manager from Residential Specialists, Inc. will bring prize to the address on entry form (dates to be determined).

5.                  Acceptance of this prize constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotion, advertising and publicity purposes at no additional compensation.  No transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted.

6.                  Employees or family members or affiliates of Residential Specialists, Inc. are not eligible to win.

7.                  Residential Specialists, Inc. shall not be liable for lost or stolen entries, personal or property injury, losses or failure of providers in connection with awarding of this prize.

8.                  Contest is void where prohibited.  Prize subject to change.

9.                  All decisions are final.

10.              All tax, insurance, gratuities, and other liabilities are the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated.

11.              One entry per HOUSEHOLD and winner must be validated and over 18 years of age at the time of registration.
